Wayne holds a BSc(Hons) in engineering and gained his MBA at Ashridge. Previous roles include Director of Engineering for Southeastern, where he was responsible for the introduction of the UK’s first domestic highspeed rail services and rail transport provisions for the London Olympics 2012. Wayne was also the MD of British Airways Maintenance Cardiff, where he managed the company through its most successful period of development, both operationally and commercially since its formation in 1991. He previously held roles with the UK Civil Aviation Authority and major European Airlines.
Wayne advises HS1, Eurostar and Virgin Atlantic Airways where he chairs their Safety and Security Board. He previously chaired both the Association of European Airlines Technical Committee and EASA Standing Safety Consultative Committee.
Rob is an experienced leader with a strong track record in developing high performing teams that deliver efficiency improvements and reduce avoidable losses in a complex regulated environment. An engineer by profession, he has set up a commercial airline and strong expertise in safety and security management. He has led cultural change programmes, integration projects and supply chain development activities.
Rob’s previous roles include; General Manager Corporate Safety, Security & Medical Services – Virgin Atlantic, VP Quality and Safety – SR Technics and Head of Consulting – Baines Simmons. Rob began his career with British Airways. Rob has extensive experience in High Speed rail and aviation.
Richard was formerly the Engineering Director of Highspeed 1, the UK’s first highspeed railway. Richard has a strong background in rail and infrastructure management, business and commerical development. Richard’s previous roles include consulting in rail and infrastructure as a partner at EC Harris. He formerly worked for Alstom.
Richard is an accomplished Director, with strong technical and engineering management capabilities. Richard has extensive experience in rail operations, including metro, regional and high speed services and infrastructure management.
Howard is a senior regulatory expert, having held a number of senior positions with the UK CAA and EASA. Howard was the lead designer and communicator for the ‘Enhancing Safety Performance’ (ESP) initiative and established a ground-breaking approach toward risk and Performance Based safety regulation and Oversight in civil aviation. A lead in business change and transformation, programme management. safety strategy, knowledge management and better regulation.Howard has experience in all sectors of civil aviation regulation and regulatory management. He is familiar with and has practical experience in most regulatory methodologies including; Compliance, Risk and Performance Based Oversight, system design and implementation, including Safety culture management in organisations and authorities.
Howard is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Christine is our Business Administrator, responsible for running our London office and providing a first point of contact for any enquiries, managing the administration of Danburykline’s business activities as well as providing personal assistance to the Managing Partners.
She also manages our online presence, helping ensure our brand is effectively represented to the industries we serve.
Christine has a BSc in Psychology and American Studies.
Kerrin graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, and he has previously spent 7 years working for Jagex Games Studio as a billing systems developer. Before that, Kerrin spent 5 years at Golley Slater Digital as a Web Application Developer and 5 years at Transact Group as a Web Application and Billing System Developer. Kerrin specialises in high load, high security, database-driven web applications.
Demelza joined the team as the infrastructure architect for SOROS.
Tom is an experienced web developer with many years experience working for large development companies. Tom is a graduate from both Durham and Bristol universities with masters degrees in Computer Sciences and in Physics with Theoretical Astrophysics, and has previously spent 5 years working for Jagex Games Studio in Cambridge as an in-house web systems developer.
Tom is bringing his many years of experience to bear in assisting in the development of SOROS, alongside the Development Team.
Mark graduated from Swansea University with a BSc in Computer Science, and joins Danburykline to work in our SOROS Development Team. Mark brings with him extensive knowledge, gained from almost ten years spent as a Web Systems Developer for Jagex, where he led his own development team. Prior to this, Mark has worked on mobile-optimised websites before the introduction of smartphone technology, and, more recently, has spent time as a frontend developer at Grapeshot.
Adam is the Lead Developer for both the Engineering Change and Briefings modules.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Lancaster, with a Bachelors degree in History, and has previously worked as a Senior Technical Officer for Hain Daniels, and Quality Assurance for Fisher Clinical Services, specialising in regulatory standards compliance and leading system improvements.
Adam is also a certified proof-reader and copy-editor.
